Mrs. Rashmi Rekha Mohapatra is a seasoned creative professional with over 16 years of experience in the film and television industry. A graduate of FTI, she began her career as a Creative Director at Doordarshan Kendra, Mumbai, later contributing her expertise to leading networks like News 24 and CNN IBN.

As the visionary leader of Mumbai Digital Films Academy (MDFA), she is committed to building a film school that blends creativity with technical excellence. Her mission is to provide a hands-on, industry-relevant learning environment where aspiring filmmakers can thrive.

Under her leadership, MDFA has emerged as one of Mumbai’s top film academies, recognized for its practical training approach and focus on real-world filmmaking skills.
